Today’s scripture has been preached countless numbers of times. The familiar account of Martha and Mary has produced not a few books and many Bible studies.
his Lord’s Day evening will be a continuance of our celebration of the Lord’s Birth. We will observe the shepherds who were the first to receive the good news that a Savior is born. From their responses, we learn key principles on how to follow the Lord Jesus and be effective, growing disciples.
This Lord’s Day, we depart from our series in Job for one Sunday to celebrate the Reason for the Season; the birth of our Savior, the Lord Jesus. We will do looking at what is known as “Mary’s Song of Praise: The Magnificat” and see from her the qualities and substance found in the model worshipper.
