Jim Sole serves as a Co-pastor. He came to QBC after completing 24 years of active duty in the United States Navy, retiring as a Master Chief Petty Officer.  He completed his undergraduate work at Liberty University with additional studies at Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. Jim began serving QBC as the assistant pastor in 2002, and then lead pastor in 2005. In 2023 he began a 3 years pastoral transition with Pastor Jonathan.  He and his wife Joy have three adult children and ten grandchildren.
